Firstly I arrived on the wrong day but a I had travelled two hours I was fitted in. Staff very friendly and welcoming.The only downside was I thought the overall price for the service was exenpensive.

In the video it say I needed wipers but there weren't replaced.

As your MINI is on the Motability scheme - any additional work required must be approved by Motability - and on this occasion Motability were not prepared to fit replacement blades, which is outside the control of JKC. Niall MacFlynn - Head of Business

The Mini required new front spring as well as service + two new front tyres and MOT prep. Problem with spring diagnosed in minutes. Car was picked up from house and transported to service station. I was kept fully informed of progress and cost. ??
