Based on customer service I was disappointed. No tea/coffee offered while I waited. When handed loan car salesman literally got out of the car and left me to it. The car was a completely different model to what I am used to.

As per usual, JKC always know how to treat me with there professionalism, kindness, and they know how to look after me. The staff are so friendly and whenever I arrive I know that I am very welcomed to be there.

from booking/initial chat with Natasha to the guys at service confirming they'd even washed my car, after checks & tyre change, it's lovely to see professionalism delivered with a smile and good humour. Without exception, all staff a joy to meet.
