I feel privileged to have been in contact with Stephen Chambers from JKC as my guide of everything in relation to paper work - he was very courteous and helpful and nothing was a problem.

Based on customer service I was disappointed. No tea/coffee offered while I waited. When handed loan car salesman literally got out of the car and left me to it. The car was a completely different model to what I am used to.

from booking/initial chat with Natasha to the guys at service confirming they'd even washed my car, after checks & tyre change, it's lovely to see professionalism delivered with a smile and good humour. Without exception, all staff a joy to meet.
