My car has to come back in again because it is now making a noise that it wasn't before the service. That said, the team picked up on the noise and declared it, and are doing their best to put it right.

I am a recent amputee and was told the brakes would take 2 hours. This was pushing my limits with my leg. Over 3 hours later and without any updates I was told it needed brake discs too. I missed an important hospital appointment.

Was charged for a courtesy car. Never been charged before. I usually get one gratis. Feel this is a bit out of order as I lease 2 cars from JKC Mini/BMW. Nice touch would've been for me to continue getting a courtesy car for free as I used to before.
