I could not be more dissatisfied with JKC. My experience was appalling, after being assured my "approved used" mini was perfect I have had issues for the entire 3 years I have owned the car only to be fobbed off and not given answers.

Lack of communication with me. I did not know where my car had been taken to. Slow to repair, never returned calls & staff not fully informed of process or customer expectations when using Mini Assistance. I rely on this service if broken down
