Auto Service Call.
Your preferred MINI Centre will be alerted as soon as a service is required. After retrieving this data, they will contact you to arrange an appointment, ensuring perfect preparation for your visit, and allowing for any required parts to be ordered in advance. This ensures work is carried out as efficiently and as quickly as possible.
If your MINI’s battery charge drops below a critical level, the Teleservice Battery Guard will activate and on occasions where this is due to a technical issue, contact will be made to arrange an appointment.
In the event of technical difficulties, the Breakdown Call function will allow you to make a direct call to Roadside Assistance. Through your MINI’s technical data being sent to the Roadside Assistance Agent, a quick and accurate diagnosis can be made, and a suitable solution offered.
